Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

At NutraPatch we feel it is very important to offer our clients super-fast order processing and shipping.

Nutrapatch’s team is continuously checking that all orders are packed carefully and shipped. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Lahore, Pakistan.

We aim to get your NutraPatch to you as quickly as possible. We normally ship all the orders placed on our website on the same day - as long as they are placed before 4pm Pakistan Standard time. 

You can expect our shipping partners (TCS, LEOPARDS, M&P, Swyft) to arrive in 1-2 business days from the time we ship them. You can choose another shipment option during the checkout such as Same day delivery (for Lahore only) or overnight.

 You can also track your order after it is shipped.

Shipping Cost:

Standard shipping anywhere in Pakistan is free for all the orders over 2500 PKR after all the discounts and coupons have been applied. For all the orders below 2500 PKR we charge a flat shipping rate of only 199 PKR.

Please note that we only ship on business days - Monday to Saturday, and that only orders placed before 4pm PST on a business day will be shipped on the same day.

We ship all over Pakistan.

“Signature required” Policy:

In order to ensure that your NutraPatch products are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery might be required on any orders of Rs. 20,000 or more.

International Shipments:

NutraPatch can ship its products to almost every country across the globe. However, your cost of shipping and handling will be notified to you after NutraPatch receives your order. Free shipping is NOT available for any international orders.

Please note: It’s important for you to become familiar with the custom policies of your specific county before ordering – custom regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules of the specific country you are importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, etc. NutraPatch will not be held liable for any custom duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. NutraPatch prices do not include custom fees, taxes and tariffs.
